How can we not help you???

I've been a client of Fnb for close to 10 years. I had a black card based on income but downgraded my account back to prestige due to the high bank fees. FRIDAY I tried to apply for an overdraft and the system declined me. I then called Fnb to confirm why I was declined. A message was taken but nobody called me back.

Yesterday I called Standards Bank. I was approved for a credit card with a R100K limit and a private wealth account.

Last yesterday I received 1 call from FNB. I was busy on another call and could not answer. I then received an email informing me that Fnb are trying to get hold of me.... With all due respect it was 1 call???

My wife moved to Standard Bank last year because Wesbank declined her vehicle finance application and Standard Bank approved her. Now I'm also moving away from FNB.
