HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU

If i could give less than a star i would!!!!! My wife and mother-in-law came in at clearwater branch. Waited almost 2 hours. Came in at 13:20. Only got called just after 15:00.

14:40 the lady went on lunch, just dnt care for those waiting hours!!!! And just one teller available to help!!!!!!!! Now they must sit with my new born baby,almost 2 hours, they didnt eat, your place is cold, thats terrible service!!!! You just do not care!!!!!!!!!!
