Received comms to say my revolving loan in arrears. When I called to educate the team and tell them I DID make payment and do so monthly, was told that because I made eft payment 2 days before the due date the “system” doesnt pick it up resulting in arrears which has its own consequences. Guys!!! Wake up - I worked for you for 25 years snd you have gone Backwards amidst thinking you are advancing. Not to mentiom YOU cancelled my debitorder and your service consultants have a ****y attitude and needs serious training intervention. Happy to offer you training as an outside service provider. Geez 😤
