How can we not help you

Two weeks ago I woke up to messages on my phone that my transactions had been put through on my account which I did not make. I cancelled my card and notified FNB Premier banking. I was told on their secure chat that I must log a dispute. Then eventually given the ***** departments number to log my dispute. The consultant was disinterested and rude and told me that any charges, rejected debit orders and subsequent penalties was my own problem. She gave me a number to call that is NEVER answered. " Premier banking" sent me an email with the form to complete but with no actual attachment. Eventually another client sent me the form. To date, of the 3 listed transactions, only one has been reversed. Yesterday when I asked for feedback, I was told that I MUST CONTACT THE MERCHANT. How can I do this if this was a ********** transaction and I don't even know where it took place. I'm still R4000 out of pocket two weeks later. Allegedly my complaint of poor service has been escalated to FNB Premier banking's management. That was two weeks ago.
