How can we NOT help you?
I went to FNB van Riebeeck Mall in Edenvale May 30 2015. My FNB cards are expiring 06/2015.
I got married in March and with I still have not received anything from home affairs (I called them on Sat 30 May and I was still registered as Single.) I spoke to Itumeleng Setati and showed her the documents the marriage officer gave me as proof that I am married, and if she could please issue me with a card in my married name, as I would not like to pay twice for a new card. She first said she needs a new ID because that is the rule.I told her I had worked in an Asset Management company & we often had clients with a problem like this. The Compliance department can assist. Reluctantly she picked up the phone and started talking in a language I could not understand while looking at me&laughing.
She got off the phone&said only with an original marriage certificate can she help me, not with what I have.
I told her Home Aff still said I am single. She sarcastically said \well I got MINE the same day". I left. She wasn't in the mood to help or empathise. What happened 2 putting the client 1st? delaying expiry of card or making a note on system not 2 double charge me as FNB cannot assist?

"""
