Hi Daffnie

It is well said but I want that card today before they close at 5pm as I do not think it is ethical business practice as wanting later on to charge me bank charges on a card that would never get out to me?

Secondly if this happened in a retail store I guarantee you would demand to see a Manager for the service delivery and would demand a discount.

How would I be compensated as I wanted to deposit money in the account as the sms stated sent via FNB to deposit R5000.00 and gain interest.

Thank You

Brandon

Its amazing how quick FNB responded and called me at 15:35pm and said please keep your phone close to you as CCD COURIERS will call you back to set up a new date to deliver your card, i then asked please can I get my card today and I was told that a email will be sent to them. Clearly not even FNB can get hold of the COURIER company they outsource there work to.

But one thing I can clearly state FNB has customer service but when it comes to executing or delegating of issues they just as clueless as CCD COURIERS.

And what makes it worse is I am banking with them LOL

Yet again "how can we help you" is just a phrase please do not be fooled by it.

At the end of the day FNB came through but why should one complain on service delivery.

Thank You FNB :-)
