How can we NOT help you...

I app**** for a loan, and was told it will be paid out by 3 different people, with delays attributable to the taxi strike on Thursday and the public holiday on Friday. It didn;t happen. Pillar to post, complaints channels followed, and now I am advised that the loan was declined and that they are sorry...

If FNB does not know how to be customer centric, then don't profess to be.

I was told that there is nothing they can do and the 3 consultants who advised that the loan payout will be same day, then midday on Saturday, and again midday on Monday, should not have said that.

I asked for a remedy, and was offered an apology. If I break a plate and apologize to it, is it remedied? NO! It is still broken...Like FNB's service...

I asked for a payment break in another credit agreement, and was told it won't happen.

FNB - your service is pathetic, your departments are not congruent and your departments are disjointed.

Don't offer me an apology, provide me with a solution. I am waiting...

I will be publishing this on social media every hour, on the hour, until you fix it.

By the way, an apology isn't fixing it, it is simply a courteous statement in the hopes that I (your problem) will go away...I won't...
