How Can we Not Help You

<p>Being a cutomer with the FNB for over 20 years, all my bonds paid up, all sort of investment accounts etc, etc.</p> <p>Called my "Private Banker", I need a Letter of Guarantee for a property I intent to buy. In summary he told me its impossible since i need to visit the branch more than 5 times and Im not in the country, will take me more than 21 working days, will cost you R2500 per letter. </p> <p> </p> <p>I called another Bank, their response is" No Problem Mr Stevens, Well open the account for you, transfer your investment to us, Your letters will take 24 to 48 hours and will cost you R1500.....</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you FNB....I dont need your Help....</p> <p> </p>
