How can we not help you?

I have been with FNB for many years, however, their service just seems to get worse and worse.

The issues I have had with them in the past ranges from not wanting to give me home loans (twice) when all other banks would, having a tax free account with an admin fee which is absolutely scandolous compared to other banks, not answering messages, the whole Ebucks debacle, etc, etc

The last straw for me now was the poor service I received from their private bankers. I have a private bank cheque and credit card for which you pay around R4000 per year for all sorts of added benefits. The key one being that you don't have to actually go to a branch to get what you want. But when I tried to contact them last month, it took me 3 times and having to remind them to get them to do something. So I decided that I would downgrade the card as the private banking is obviously not worth paying for. Only to have them cancel my current credit card without delivering the new card. So currently I am cardless only to have the courier service tell me they are only delivering on Monday to a branch close to me where I can go and fetch it.

Seems that FNB only has good service if you are not a client there already. if you are a client, beware, they will treat you like you are worth nothing. Useless, useless, useless.
