HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU
As a private client I am pre approved for loan of R 90 000 , app**** online for R20 000 bank came back with a "technical issue" when going online chat , I was informed my phone is not verified , what a lot of bull**** . I transactioned on the same phone just recently. Really sad state of affairs . Drew money out my savings , so FNB YOU REALLY NEED TO GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER IF YOU WANT TO KEEP ME AS A CLIENT!!!!!

25 Jun 2019, 09:42A whole day has elapsed with no results in sight , I contacted Mushe from personal loans department who not only was argumentative but did not understand that just putting back the money into the account does not close it , there is still an initiation fee which I WILL NOT BE PAYING as I gave instruction for the loan not to go through anymore as i was ****** around by FNB
