how can we NOT help you
On the 26th October 2015 I received a call from an FNB sales consultant in response to my online inquiry about opening a cheque account with FNB. I cannot remember the exact time of his first call but I asked the consultant to call me at 3pm that day of which he did #thumbsup<br> During the processing of the application and the capturing of my details he came back to me to say he has a system issue and he needs to call me back. I advised him to call me back on the 27th October at 3pm again. This was not the case and the call did not happen. On the 28th October I received a call from a lady around 10am. Wanting to reprocess the application I asked her why was I not contacted on the 27th as per agreement she had no answers, she did not even have my details on the system that were captured on the 26th so I had to waste more time on the line. We all have jobs and we can't be spending hours and days on the phone. It is supposed to be done easier telephonically. When I told her to cancel this as it was frustrating her response in not so few words summed up to this '' oh well we can cancel it and move on, your business means nothing to FNB.
