I am disappointed that FNB keeps moving goal posts for home loans. I previously app**** for a home loan and was told that they could only give me 50% loan because I did not have a green barcoded south african ID. Now that i have the green barcoded ID, FNB now tells me that they can only give me 50% again because the green barcoded book does not state that Iam a Citizen. What criterion is used to provide home loans? why cant it be consistently app****? How much should i earn to qualify without FNB scrutinizing me?
