HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU!!!

I have been banking with FNB for a long time. I recommended them to my husband as he needs to open an account, and I have always had good service from them. He goes to FNB Lakeside Mall, with proof of address. Lease from our landlord, his payslip with the same address as is on the lease, plus a letter from Discovery Medical aid - all with the same address. Now, this is 3 letters all with the same address, the payslip, and medical aid dated last month all as his physical address and he is told that this is not enough proof of residence.<br> How is this possible? I am really disappointed in this service, and I must say that this is really not the way to help people.
