How can we NOT help

Dear FNB <br> I have been a client for more than 6 years. My salary get deposited into my account every month without fail. <br> Last year I needed a loan and I ask you to help me and you said NO. I went to Nedbank and they said \how can we help"and give me the loan. <br> I went to you again and ask for a bond on my paid off property and again you said NO. I did an online application at Nedbank and they called me back in minutes after the application and once again Nedbank helped me where you failed. <br> So here is the big question"
