HOW CAN WE MAKE IT AS DIFFICULT AS POSSIBLE FOR YOU TO BE HELPED!!!!

This is the second post in as many weeks - and both for the same thing FNB!!! Autoloader debited my credit card but could not place my advert. They agreed to refund me...the reference on my credit card reflects "refund" as the reference, but instead of crediting me, they debited me for a second time. I have given them enough time to fix their mistake...so you do the next best thing and you approach your bank. Problem is that you get through to someone at the Private Wealthvsuite that does not know the difference between a debit and a credit on a transaction history....and to top it all, tells me to approach Autotrader again!!! NO FNB, take some responsibility.. it is clear what went wrong here -credit the two transactions without the mammoth amount of inconvenience to your clients- stop telling us "its the process", as if you have boring to do with it. Reference for the call was RX*** - PLEASE GET IT SIRTED OUT!!!
