HOW CAN WE LIE TO YOU.
I was called on Wednesday by an FNB consultant regarding the review i wrote on Hellopeter, i was advised that i would get a refund within 48hours, i called in today and spoke to a consultant that said i wont be getting a refund and there no notes on their system stating that i will such. I really feel like a fool cause all the FNB consultant talk to me like i taking chances, why call me and give me false hope. Where is the TCF?
