HOW CAN WE LET YOU DOWN TODAY

At the time of my retrenchment early 2018, i held a cellphone account with FNB (where i had to deposit R1500 into) monthly payments were deducted from my savings account . I submitted supporting documents to FNB requesting the savings account be closed in fear of bank charges , also for the R1500 to be released to settle the cellphone agreement which would end Nov 2018. FNB came back with more red tape than in the White House of USA. Apparently the two accounts are linked and unless i had R1200 to settle the cellphone contract, the savings account would just accure charges. WDF how does that even make sense. Here i was being a decent client trying to fulfill my obligations and they were not in the least interested to help me... Their slogan has gone to the ******* bin. Subsequently i have never received any returned funds on my R1500 nor the interest which they accumulated. To top it all off i am sure the bank charges to my savings account has been running a mile long. Needless to say im sure one of these days their crony buddies Blake and Associates will call me for that too. Well guess what .... stand in line and pick a damn number!!!! I will never EVA go back to FNB the torture they have inflicted upon me is too deep.
