How can we inconvenience your Business: FICA

<p>Have been with FNB Business for awhile now and I must say their service was always above average until yesterday. </p> <p>Despite being sent back and forth, I kept my cool as process is process. The lady helping or supposedly helping me, at the Woodmead Branch, was not only unhelpful which led to me having to go back and forth between my landlord and the bank. For something that could've been sorted out by simply going through the FICA form in less than 30 seconds. </p> <p>Her attitude stinks and my account is still inactive despite submitting all the required documents. </p> <p> </p>
