FNB you are still earning a fair ZERO stars. In spite of repeatedly submitting the requested documents, my account remains frozen, and I still do not have my credit card. What is the difficulty? I have had several complaint references as well as phone calls and emails. I have comp**** with every one. I have been trying to get this sorted since AUGUST 2020. 7 MONTHS. 7 MONTHS. SERIOUSLY.
