How can we help you...not at all

Does FNB really believe in their slogan of How Can I Help You...their customer service is pathetic to say the least. They always know best never listens to their clients and they are always right. I took out a life cover with them the underwriter confirmed everything, they made it seem as though I am completely dumb and I am bot aware of the difference btw a life cover and a funeral plan. Two consultants called not one of them has been able to resolve this matter. End result no life cover but the underwriter confirmed everything.
