I have been banking with FNB for almost a year now tok out a small loan with yhem in June and I have been paying them back loyally each and every month to build a credit history with them.I finished paying my loan and now I want to apply for another and all they can say is I have a poor payment history with them.I would not recommend this bank to anyone who is looking for a bank to help them with there day to day living.Capitec is much better even African bank gets you a better ratting even if you don't even bank with them.FNB has the poorest service when it comes to credit facilities
