How can we help you?...with what? no help received

Good Day, I hereby wish to lodge a complaint which seriously disgusts me! I have tried to apply for a temporary loan at FNB and referred to a branch at the ATM. It turns out my physical address incorrect, therefore the loan could not be processed! I have gone to the Pinelands, Athlone and Adderley street branches, but no luck! This is utter nonsense, my problem has still not been attended to, to think I switched from Standard bank for a better banking experience. I'm seriously considering closing this account, which I opened in July 2014. I won't recommend this bank to anyone.
