How can we help you... What a Joke!!!

The moto you have of how can we help you is truly extrememly dissapointing. I went into my branch yesterday to close my flexi account. I was told the ewallet would be immediate. As of this morning I still had not received anything. I then called your call centre to follow up to which I have been told that instead of it been closed it had been reinvested. The call centre agent told me there was nothing he could do from his side to help me. So ur motto of how can we help you is false and extremely dissapointing. This is the reason I will be closing every other account I have with you as I feel that you in no way intend on helping.
