Im so disappointed in Fnb , they send me a letter to submit a claim on fnb life policy for a loan that i have with them concerning ters. After sending all my documents i get a call to say my claim is declined due to a 3 month waiting period and the loan was taken out during lockdown, i did not even know there is a waiting period cause no one told me, i have been a long standing client with them and for them to just casually decline my claim not even offering to look into the matter for me is totally disgusting. Only after i suggested that the claims consultant looks into the matter did she say she will see but cant give me a turn around time. What ***** is that, they get so much bank service fees from me every month, i have been loyal to this bank for many years and they cant helpe me now. I should just change banks.
