How can we help you?.......We cant

<p>App**** for 3 commercial credit cards during April 2016. 2 months later we get a return mail that the email address used does no longer exist. We phoned the Civic Centre branch in Vereeniging on Monday 11 July 2016 where we were assisted by Charlotte and promised that Charmaine Darbie would call me back regarding new credit card applications. Charlotte phoned me back to say that Charmaine was in a meeting but that she would definately phone me back......today is Wednesday - no Charmaine has phoned me till date.........how can we help you......FNB cant!!</p>
