How can we help you to waste time
For the last hour I try to sort out what a Service fee of 35.50 means and why it was deducted. Nobody seems to know what transaction code 5306 means and being handed from department to department the VR send me to the chat on the app where I now are 382 in the queue. And while writing the review I got kick out of the chat.

May I suggest that any consultant should be able to help if one supplies a transaction code, just a suggestion.
