HOW CAN WE HELP YOU??!!<br> <br> I have 2 personal and 1 business account, PayPal link, eBucks and about R1.5mill a year through those accounts. As part of teaching my daughter responsibility, we wanted to get her a student loan with FNB. We have been with FNB for MANY MANY years. No they say. Some dodge complaint on transunion..and FNB cannot access my wife's FNB account from the LOAN APPLICATION DEPARTMENT and have said NO to the loan (well, the computer did apparantly). With a substantial relationship based on many years, many accounts, lots of money - all stands us in NO STEAD.<br> <br> We went to ABSA and within half an hour, we had the loan. We DON'T even bank with them. No transunion issue. NOTHING. Very fast, polite and impressive. <br> <br> EXPLAIN THIS!!!!! FNB NOT INTERESTED IN TRYING TO WORK THIS OUT..... WE'RE JUST A NUMBER...
