How can we help you? Not much

I've been trying to get an incorrect interest charge reversed for 3 weeks now. No luck. Getting nowhere slowly. Normally I have no issues with Fnb and the secure chat option is quite helpful. But it seems like ur consultants are letting u down Fnb. The last 5 chats or so they have all essentially told me the exact same thing and basically not helped me at all. How hard is it to help. The last guy just told me not much I can do. This is not acceptable and really disappointing. I just want some constructive feedback and my query resolved
