How can we help you??? NOT AT ALL. Worst experience ever.

I have had just about enough of FNB. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and this is the service I get. I took out a loan of R70 000. I have now paid 5 installments, and my balance owing is R 70330. It has not gone done at all. Just up. I contacted fnb numerous times to please help me with my interest rate because this is now unlivable. NO RESPONSE. I emailed them to please send me the loan agreement paperwork. NO RESPONSE. I think I will get another loan, pay FNB direct, and just go to another bank. ABSA perhaps?? I Have never been more disappointed with FNB. They say how can we help you>? They DO NOT. Done.

So, FNB JUST CONTACTED ME. This is what they have to say: 1. Interest goes down every month as payments are made - Correct yet June my interest was R1600 and something, July was R1500 and something, and all of a sudden August back up to R1600, I HAVE NOT MISSED A PAYMENT, THE DEBIT ORDER THAT WENT OFF STATED RECOVERY ?????? SO THEY ARE EITHER DEBITING AT INCORRECT DATES, AND IT IS SHOWING THAT I AM MISSING PAYMENTS OR>???????? I have paid every single installment, at this rate my loan will never be paid because the interest goes up whenever due to maladministration??? It is utterly unprofessional to outrightly act like all is being done according to the book when it is so clearly not. I pay every month but my interest goes up?? Hmm that makes sense?>>>
