“How can we help you” nonsense

I took out a temporary loan of R450 20/03/2021, R150 was deducted 22/03/2021. 24/03/2021 R400 was deposited in my account instead of R300 being deducted R400 was deducted. 25/03/2021 R300.60 was deducted so in total R849.60 we deducted whilst I requested R450.

Adding fuel to the fire, I called the call centre regarding this and having to wait 30mins and the consultant laughed at me regarding this issue. After she escalated the issue, she said I must follow up at 5pm which I know it’s knock off time as I work in a bank.

Sent a complaint only to be told 5days later that it was system error and I will be reimbursed 30/03/2021. What about the inconvenience caused in those 5 days because this affected my budget? Nah it is actually theft as I never authorised the deduction
