How can we help you? Into more debt with GLA...

<p>I need to know where I can complain about the lawyers FNB is using, GLA. The service is horrible and I am sure this is not within the NCA. I settled my FNB Credit Card and due to an error they made between GLA and FNB on the wrong amount I am held resonsible for years interest. I am being getting SMSs and charged for it where I make payment every month. I phone GLA and get charged R28.50 for the call I made to them. I need someone at FNB to step up and help. I asked for a settlement and only got a statement showing how the amount grows every month due to phone calls/SMS that I am being charged for and interest. </p>
