I app**** for the fist time for home loan with my banker and it was approved for less amount than the amount of the property i want to purchase. I appeal to my banker requesting them to re-consider my application aa i really need the property. I'm currently renting R6500 per month now and in the future so the affordability should not be an issue! I was asked to write a confirmation/ motivation letter stating that once my bond is been approved the R6500 will fall away to the bond and I did that. However still did not approved it, why my banker should let me pay so much rent for now and in the future instead i would have paid so much in my bond? I ve been banking with FNB for more that 25 years and this is what I get when i need help.
