If I could rate less I would.. did an ATM deposit 4 weeks ago and the ATM by karaglen as the branch was closed, the atm crashed, took the cash and gave me an error receipt - I went the following day to resolve it, the consultant who assisted was very helpful but was paid R2,000.00 short 3 days later- went back to the branch and the branch manager insisted I only deposited the amount which was deposited into the account and said a further investigation would be done and that she would contact me that day.. I am still waiting for a call
