Fnb has the worst service imaginable. You wait in a branch for ever then they call some one in a call centre who takes 45 mins to answer the phone. Real bull dust. I have been with them for at least 20 years and in the past year have noticed a massive decline in their service. My wife who is from Germany opened a non resident account with them as well and has never had such bad service anywhere in the world. FNB you are becoming an embarrassment. Get ur act together.
