Oh FNB! Once again you mess it all up.

I had one of those device contracts and you put some funds into lockdown on a poor interest bearing account for the security deposit.

That's fine. The last payment was due in May 2019 so FNB decided it's a good time to just never bill me again. So I owe them R150 they hold on to R1500.

EVENTUALLY after months of trying on the 12th of November the payment is deducted and the gentlemen says the money will be available in 48 hours.

Maybe I misheard and it was 48 days. But then it would have been available already, so is it 48 weeks, 48 years, 48 lifetimes ?
