HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?

Good day. I usually have great service from FNB, but i am very frustrated - with Wesbank, Direct Axis and all involved. My loans were paid off in June + Sept 2019 - paid up letters provided and I require a loan or overdraft. Have been struggling for a while and i just don't get the feedback or rather the assistance - HOW CAN WE HELP YOU - doesn't seem to count, I am really hoping i am wrong and can get the urgent assistance i need. I was under debt review, but all has been settled. Please assist me.
