How can we help you does not have much value coming from FNB

After complaining on Hello Peter recently after attempting since October 2016 to get my issue resolved with FNB collection agents Hammond Pole I have come to the realization that FNB does not take their slogan serious.

I complained in July that I am getting nowhere when I request for transcripts of recordings made in August 2016. On the 11th July I received a message that I will be contacted in due course. No contact was made. I again complained on the 17th October 2017 and eventually I received a call from Roxy at FNB.

I eventually after numerous telephone calls from Roxy find out that my version of events can not be proved and that only recordings that was made subsequent to my first call to Hammond Pole is available. These recordings are not a true representation of my dealings with these collection agents. The first call where Hammond Pole's agent advised me to pay x amount is conveniently lost or ignored by Roxy and or Hammond Pole.

I find it highly suspicious that the calls made on the following day is available but the initial call is not? Roxy alluded to the fact that the call does not exist and I dare say she without saying it is calling me a lair. Even though I have sent through numerous emails between myself, Legalwise and Hammond Pole requesting the recordings. I have started requesting these recordings in October 2016. If I am in the wrong why did it take a year to make some of the recordings available to FNB?

I will make arrangement's to pay the amount that according to FNB/Hammond Pole is outstanding but my dealings with FNB has been terrible. I will advise anyone to steer clear of FNB as they are not interested in listening to your side of the story.

Again if I am wrong why refuse from October 2016 till today to make ALL TELEPHONE CALLS available. FNB can check and will see that the only calls they have available is outgoing calls from Hammond Pole to me and the call initiated by me is missing. ( I suspect that the call is available but is being ignored as it proves my side of the story.)

And to add to the above. I called Hammond Pole to make arrangements to pay and low and behold the amount demanded by the agents is R7000 more than the amount that Roxy gave me at 13H45 today. I give up.
