"How can we help you" does not apply to loyal customers

I have been a client with FNB for 16 years. I app**** for a loan and was flat out rejected by FNB. On the same day I did an application with a different bank and was approved on the spot.... I also app**** for a credit card with FNB - got rejected half way through the application process, the other bank gave me a credit card on the spot. Why stay with a bank that does not help you with anything "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU" - does not apply to loyal customers that has been with them since 2004...
