i went into the vaal mall branch on the 12 of may I wanted to close the account on Monday the 11th.. but went in to say no we will keep the account. the lady whom assisted me was valiry( a trainee) apperantly. she offered me a loan told me the repayment is R300 a month on a R8000.00 loan and interest is 627.00 but she also showed me on the system. I had no time to read through everything as she was also in a hurry.. only to find out on the 12th may that night she gave me a temp loan with repayment of 31 days. my wife assisted me to the bank and no one seem to help us.. they only offered I take out another personal loan with interest rate of 32% to cover the temp loan. it was not my mistake.. I returned to the same branch to see if they would assist. still no result.. as it is already loaded on system they say... but who's fault is that... not mine... I was going on what valiry said to me and showed me on system my repayment is 300. they logged a complaint to offer if I could pay back in installement and they still refuse I got a phone call from number *** and she also offered me another loan to cover this... I will take this further as it was her mistake and she processed th
