HOW CAN WE HELP YOU BUT ACTUALY CAN NOT
I am in thailand and had to withdraw cash from atm,which it didnt give me but the funds was withdrawn from my account,on the 3rd it was reversed and a hold was placed on it and it is still holding,after enough emails i gave up.I am in the middle of Thailand and i have to fill in paperwork and send it back to claim my own money,We are a few people here and most have the same problem,FNB does not work in thailand ,I got beter service from a bank i didnt believe in,Standerd Bank does work for me and in Thailand.Would not recomend FNB to Anyone .Dont be fooled E bucks is actualy not given it is youre own money.
