Absolutely frustrating experience trying to do a passport application and getting an appointment at the branch. It is mind blogging why FNB would not allow their customers to call the branch, instead the call goes through a useless call centre with rude call centre agents. All I want is an appointment at the FNB Cornubia branch to do the biometrics for my wife and sons passport. No one at FNB was able to help me, its time to change your moto.
