HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?!!! Apparently not

Im not sure how to feel about this.... So when Covid hit and every bank offered everything to everyone, I app**** for a business loan(which I was guided with) of R90k. Then after that, they suddenly declined this. So I took it up with them and they then decided to help with half of it. Which I appreciated and I made it work. My business made it through. In fact, I have now double the bussiness than I had before lock down. However, with that comes extra expences and I still manage even though lots of payments come in late, they always come in. So I basically sit with a cash flow problem more than anything as I my monies come in at any time, but they always come in. But FNB will not help with that. Even though my business has doubled. Im truly shocked that business made it through covid but with a simple cash flow loan or over draft increase or whatever solution there is, they cant help. Maybe other banks can? I got such lazy ass guidence and im upset that I have to take to hello peter in order to get results. I specifically asked what can I do, what will be my best option etc etc.... but anyway,,,,, we are now looking again at the slogan saying HOW CAN WE HELP YOU? ..... and I really wonder if this is where I must stay?
