i logged a call. online and over the phone(when i actually got throught to the helpdesk) on the 1st of September 2022. received a Query Ref the sme time, that was the last that anyone has contacted me, eventhoigh the Query stts that a Consultant will contact you within 24-48 Business hours. can anyone in the Loans or Legal department get in touch with me as this query was logged as Urgent,
