And true to form , 3 phone calls from fnb in the morning ,all sorts of commitments about correcting the issues. By the afternoon, no phone calls , no feedback. Oh and well done on delaying closing my account for another 3 days so you can hit me with full banking charges when my account has been open less than two weeks . You mess up everything else for 7 weeks but your fees you hit right.

And then when we thought it could not get any worse , while I am waiting for account to close , they hit me with bank charges and an addtioal penalty of 75 .

And I got hit another 45 rand for closing my account after a three hour wait at a branch.
