"how can we help you?"

The FNB APP is not all it is made to be. The exchange rates on the FNB app were dated 13 September 2016 and quoted on the 31st January 2017????? When queried I was told to rather use the online exchange rate.... The FNB app is supposed to be convenient for the client???? Not every client has the ability to use internet banking that is why they use the app! Secondly if you transfer on the app between accounts it is not available immediately despite the fact that it reflects in your account on 2 occasions I have transferred from available funds between accounts and had debit orders returned despite the fact that had I gone to draw the funds it would have been available.... Once on my business account and secondly on my personal account. I have emails from FNB saying they have paid the debit order showing a credit balance available in my account to be followed by another email saying it has been returned? And to add insult to injury I have been charged for the return of the debit order and the embarrassment of now having to correct it from my side.
