<p>Well once again I am just blown over with the customer service at my local FNB branch. With FNB leading online banking and the fact that I hardly ever go into a FNB branch these days anymore ,it is good to see that they still pride themselves on delivering excellent personal customer service .This in mind I would just like to thank Mike McCarthy (Branch Manager) and Jill (Financial Consultant) at the Somerset West FNB branch for making my experience truely GREAT!!! A big Thank you Mr. McCarthy for taking the time out from your busy schedule to certify all those duplicate documents for me (Not even finance related)and to Jill for the professional service rendered pertaining my enquiry . It is good to know that there are still people out there in the private service sector who has such a high calibre of work ethic and solid moral base .You are an asset to FNB and I hope management of FNB recognise your contributions .
