How Can We Help You
On 15th March I went into FNB Randburg to arrange foreign exchange, went to Foreign Exchange Department and waited at length for service. Was then advised Foreign Exchange Department was closed on the 1st February....Hello your door is open...no sign indicating Department is closed ??? In any event the consultant took my details and said FNB would call me on my cell, it would take 3 days as they had to order AUS dollars for me. On Saturday the 19th having not heard from FNB I went into the Branch. Only two tellers working and a long queue. Now I am told they don't have Aus dollars. Then I am told that I should have collect on the 16th.....by the way my crystal ball is in for servicing. I want to speak to the Manager, no he does not work on a Saturday. Then I am told to go to the closed office of Foreign Exchange.....so how ****** long did you expect me to wait whilst you are all running around like chickens without a head?? So \How can we lp you\" suggest you change your slogan it is a joke. PLEASE do not say you are sorry....the most pathetic meaningless word in the English dictionary, you see it is SERVICE that we want, you are not doing me a favour by keeping money. "
