How can we help ******* ***** money from our clients account?

First National Bank’s slogan of How can we help you, should be changed to How can we help ******* ***** money from our clients accounts and get away with it. On 9 August (Womens Day for who!?) my phone was ******, the ******* managed to access my FNB banking app and removed R20 000 in smaller denominations to another bank account. This ***** claim was under investigation and I appreciate the effort that was made by the investigator. But I do not appreciate, nor do I accept the outcome that I received today- FNB is denying to refund me the ****** money. Their justification is that an email was sent out in July 2018 about bank app safety. The pure lack of responsibility on the part of FNB for their negligence in protecting the app soundly, and the pure lack of responsibility for how the ******* managed the security breach and hacked into the app without access to my password or my face since I also had facial recognition, is beyond disappointing! For a bank that prides itself on being for the people, I think you need to strongly consider for whom you are for. Instead of supporting and protecting loyal, wronged clients who experienced the theft, your lack of responsibility is aiding the continuation of ******* hacking into the phone app because they get away with it. My hands are tied, as an individual against an organisation such as yourselves I feel helpless and disbelieving of the wrong decision you have come to!!!
