How can we help make things worse

I am at my wits end with FNB. I am in a position now where I have income and my loans being covered by the insurance and still they are deducting money continuously from my acc for the loans and my acc goes into a minus and I have to borrow money every time to cover those fees. I dont know what to do anymore. The app is of no help and calling is just a waste of airtime as well. Using this platform is the only way to get help.
