'How can we help' is not a slogan that should be used

I have been trying for the last 5 years to close my late husband's bank account. He has passed away 6 years ago. Every year since his passing I would go to Fnb and all they do is send emails after e-mail to the late estate department. Now his account is in a negative . All I want to do is find closure. It's hard to move on if you have this heaviness hanging over you.
